DECOR REQUEST

We're excited to be part of your events!

Things to know:

  • Start with the Decor Request form.

  • We communicate through email only (no phone calls) for accuracy, flexibility, and easy-to-reference info for both parties. 

  • Emails happen during Office Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-4pm.

  • The Order Minimum for Social Events within our local service area is $500 Fri-Sun and $350 Mon-Thur.

  • Our local service area is within 30 miles of Bedford, NH. Extended travel areas include further NH, ME, VT, and MA (delivery travel fees apply to all orders).

  • Minimum Order based on distances outside of our 30 miles local service area.

A little more:

  • Our schedule is filled on a first paid, first booked basis.​

  • Dates are not held without a paid date reservation or invoice payment. To reserve your date on our calendar, we accept a $250 non-refundable date reservation fee, which is applied to your final invoice.

  • Because the decor options & pricing is available for viewing on our website, quotes are not provided until after the date reservation is paid. At that point, questionnaires are emailed to you to complete to learn more to create a quote.

  • Our response time for quoting is within 5 business days.

  • We're a registered and fully insured business.

From Inquiry to Client

Complete the decor request to get started with us!  We'll confirm we're available on your event date before asking for the event details.

 QUESTIONNAIRE

Complete the questionnaire with the fun event details, once we confirm your event date is available.

DECOR QUOTE

You'll receive a general decor quote via email, typically within 5 business days. We'll email you if we need more info to complete the quote.

PAYMENT

Your date is reserved on our calendar once the $250 non-refundable date reservation fee is paid (applied to the final balance) or at least 50% of the invoice.

  • Quotes are provided once you've started here with the Decor Request form.

  • Our response time for quoting is within 5 business days, but can be impacted by high volume of events and limited office hours.

  • We're a registered and fully insured business.
