Delivery Pricing

Local Delivery Area is within 40 miles of our Bedford, NH.

$30 minimum delivery fee.

Approx. $3 PER MILE (if order minimum is met).

Order Minimum is based on mileage from our private studio.

Setup & Installation Pricing
​

$25 minimum Setup Fee for up to 15 minutes of time onsite.

Setup fee is calculated based on decor order, time needed for installation, location, and factors that affect time onsite.

Average estimate is approx. 15-25% of your decor total for delivery, setup, and installation costs.

Removal, Clean-up, and
Equipment Retrieval
​

Approx. $3 PER MILE (matches delivery fee)

$25 minimum removal fee for up to 15 minutes of time onsite.

Removal & Clean-up is optional when no equipment that must be returned to us is used in the order.

Average estimate is 25-30% of your decor total for delivery, setup, install, removal, and clean-up.

Additional $100 for removals between 11pm-6am.
​Date Reservation
​

The $250 date reservation payment is required to reserve your event date. on our calendar. Dates are not held without payment.

The date reservation payment is non-refundable.

The payment is applied to your final invoice.

Dates are reserved up to 18 months in advance.

If we do not have your date available and you've paid the date reservation fee before confirming with us, the payment will be refunded (less fees).
Rush Fees ​
Rush fees are added to the final invoice and are based on your time of payment (not at initial contact).

$150 for orders placed within 48 hours of delivery & setup time.

$100 for orders placed 3-7 days of delivery & setup time.
Orders are considered "placed" when payment is received. We reserve the right to waive or increase fees.

Holidays
​

Additional minimum of $100 billed for work performed by us on a nationally recognized holiday.

Work performed includes delivery & setup, removal & clean-up.

Select holiday time periods have increased order minimums, such as $750 minimum for NYE.
​Distance Minimum Order
The Distance Minimum Order amount is based on one-way travel distance from our Bedford, NH shop. Please note the decor cost doesn't change per distance, it's the minimum amount needed to be spent per order. To check your distance, use address 180 State Rt 101, Bedford, NH.

$750 minimum order - 56-79 miles (Boston, York, ME, Plymouth NH, Keene)

$900 minimum order - 80-99 miles (Hanover, Kennebunkport, Lincoln)

$1,250 minimum order - 100-124 miles (Portland ME, Littleton, Providence RI)

$1,600 minimum order - 125-150 miles (Montpelier, Brunswick, ME)
