It's such a beautiful time in a young man and young woman's life to reach that special age. Let us help ease the overwhelm and stress of planning the celebration decor to make the space look amazing so you can enjoy the day with your family AND the planning process leading up to it.
We'll work with you to best understand what your bat or bar mitzvah desires for their celebration and how we can bring that to life for them, you, and guests, making it memorable, special, and unique.

Start with the Decor Request form.

We communicate through email only (no phone calls) for accuracy, flexibility, and easy-to-reference info for both parties.

Office Hours/Emails: Tue-Fri 10am-4pm.

The Order Minimum for Bar & Bat Mitzvahs is $500 within our local service area approx 40 miles of Bedford, NH.

We often service NH, MA, ME, and VT and the Minimum Order is based on distances outside of our 40 mile local service area.

Our schedule is filled on a first paid, first booked basis.​

Dates are not held without a paid date reservation or invoice payment. We accept a $250 non-refundable date reservation fee (applied to final invoice) to reserve the date.

Because the decor options & pricing is available for viewing on our website, quotes are provided after the date reservation is paid. At that point, questionnaires are emailed to you to complete to learn more to create a quote.

We typically work on design plans and quotes about 2 months prior to the event.

From Inquiry to Client

Complete the decor request to get started. We'll confirm our availability for your event date before moving forward.

You can see decor options & pricing, color options, and faqs before getting started.

Reserve your event date on our calendar by paying the $250 non-refundable reservation fee. The payment is applied to the final balance.

Once payment is received, your date will be reserved!

QUESTIONNAIRE
You'll receive a questionnaire to complete to share event info with us in order to create the tailored quote for your event.

You'll receive the quote via email.

PAYMENT
Once the design and quote have been created, you'll receive the invoice. 50% of the invoice is due at that time. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
