Start with the Decor Request Form
We'll confirm availability for your event date and send the next steps.

Reserve Your Event Date
To reserve your event date on our calendar, we begin with a $250 non-refundable Date Reservation & Decor Plan payment (applied to your final invoice). This holds your date & starts the planning process so we can give your event the focus it deserves.

Share Event Details (Questionnaire)
After your date is reserved, we’ll send a questionnaire so you can share your venue, colors, theme, ideas and priorities.

Receive Decor Plan & Quote
We’ll create a tailored decor plan with recommended options and pricing for your event. You can review it, ask questions & request adjustments before finalizing.
5
Finalize & Celebrate
Once your decor plan & quote are approved, we'll send the final invoice, due two weeks before your event. Then we'll prepare everything for your celebration — all you have to do is celebrate!

We communicate through email only for accuracy, flexibility, and easy-to-reference info for both parties.

$500 minimum order for social events within 55 miles from Bedford, NH.

We regularly travel throughout NH, MA, ME, and VT with the Minimum Order based on distance.

Why do you start with a Date Reservation & Decor Plan Payment?
This allows us to reserve your event date and dedicate time to creating a custom decor plan tailored to your celebration. It ensures thoughtful design and a smooth, organized planning experience from the start.
Is the Date Reservation & Decor Plan Payment applied to my final invoice?
Yes. The payment is applied toward your final decor investment once your decor plan and quote are approved.
Can I get a quote before reserving my date?
Custom decor plans and quotes are created after your Date Reservation & Decor Plan Payment. Before you reserve, we'll share our online pricing menus so you can review popular options and typical costs.
What if I decide not to move forward after I've paid?
The Date Reservation & Decor Plan Payment is non-refundable, as it covers design time and reserving your date on our calendar.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have an event date. Social events are booked on a first paid, first booked basis, and popular dates (May, June, September and October specifically) fill up completely.
Can you work with my venue's decor restrictions?
Yes. Every venue has different policies and installation requirements. We'll design your balloon decor with your venue and its restrictions in mind and adjust installation plans when needed.
