Congratulations - you're getting married!
Engagement is such a magical time - in love & planning a wedding! It can also be overwhelming and stressful as you are making dozens of decisions an hour some days.
We want you to really enjoy your wedding day AND the planning process leading up to it. While we can't help you with the menu or your seating chart, we CAN take care of your balloon decor.
We understand and value the hard work that goes into making an event successful and look effortless and we love making your job easier!
We'll work with you to understand what you want your wedding atmosphere to feel like, look like, and be remembered for so we can bring that to life for you and your guests, making it memorable, special, and uniquely yours.

Things to know:

Start with the Decor Request form.

We communicate through email only (no phone calls) for accuracy, flexibility, and easy-to-reference info for both parties.

Emails happen during Office Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-4pm.

The Order Minimum for Weddings is $500 (within our local service area).

Our local service area is within 40 miles of Bedford, NH. Extended travel areas include further NH, ME, VT, and MA (delivery travel fees apply to all orders).

Minimum Order based on distances outside of our local service area.

Our schedule is filled on a first paid, first booked basis.

Dates are not held without a paid date reservation or invoice payment. To reserve your date on our calendar, we accept a $250 non-refundable date reservation fee, which is applied to your final invoice.

Because the decor options & pricing is available for viewing on our website, quotes are provided after the date reservation is paid. At that point, questionnaires are emailed to you to complete to learn more to create a quote.

Our response time for quoting is within 5 business days.

From Inquiry to Client

Complete the decor request to get started. We'll confirm our availability for your event date before moving forward.
You can see decor options & pricing, color options, and faqs before getting started.

Reserve your event date on our calendar by paying the $250 non-refundable reservation fee. The payment is applied to the final balance.
Once payment is received, your date will be reserved!

QUESTIONNAIRE
You'll receive a questionnaire to complete to share event info with us in order to create the tailored quote for your event.
You'll receive the quote via email.

PAYMENT
Once the design and quote have been created, you'll receive the invoice. 50% of the invoice is due at that time. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
